A Story for the Future. MAXXI's First Decade. MAXXI presents the engaging, immersive and radical exhibition/installation, that marks the museum's tenth anniversary. 990’lar Türkiye’de politik ve ekonomik açıdan istikrarsız geçer: On yıla sığan on bir koalisyon hükümeti, 1994 ekonomik krizi ve onu takip eden “kemer sıkma politikaları” kadar giderek artan faili meçhuller ve patlak veren siyasi skandallar ülkeyi sarsar. Ama on yılın bıraktığı miras bu karanlık olaylarla sınırlı kalmaz: 2000’lerde hız kazanacak hak mücadeleleri 90’larda mayalanır. Arka arkaya açılan özel radyo ve televizyon kanallarının da yardımıyla pop kültürü emsalsiz bir yükselişe geçer.
